Summary: For decades, Peggy Carter has had only two constants in her life: Howard Stark, and the Winter Soldier.

Chapter 9: Peggy deals with the fallout of the Winter Soldier attack in Paris.

For those of you who are new to this story, Rhapsody in Blue is my “what-if” on Peggy Carter’s life after the end of the War. Obviously canon-divergent now, and non-compliant with CA:TWS (especially their take on the Winter Soldier, I’m going more in the direction of his characterization in the comics), it’s a way for me to write about Peggy, whom I adore.
