Three dollars and some change

Like others, I had a number of things I was going to praise when I finished this part and lost them all when I read the Buffy reference! I totally believe Henry would pay attention to popular culture. It's a good idea, for one thing, to know what the "villagers" are thinking about vampires these days, and besides, he writes graphic novels. It'd be stupid for him to be cut off from fandom. *g*

But I was probably going to praise ... Vicki feeling Henry's loneliness as well as her own, and how perfectly you help us keep the characters straight by their unique dialogue, and Mike testing Vicki with a bogus reference, and ... just everything.
