Yeah, he's no fluff ball. If I let myself think about it long enough, I don't really like Harry either. But hey, the're just characters. I even find times where I don't like Anita. I guess that's what makes them all seem so real. In a way, it's what draws so many people to them (and to other books).

Date: 2006-05-01 07:37 am (UTC)Morena Baccarin could do if the rest of the crew are taller enough... she has too dark skin, but I don't expect that there's too many actors who actually look like LKH describes Anita... Although I haven't seen her anywhere else than Firefly (where she is pretty much covered most of the time) so I don't know if she is athletic enough. Kate Beckinsale is likewise too tall, she just looks so nice in my icon :)
Nathan Fillion on the other hand doesn't fit my image of Richard at all, he's not... umm... beautiful enough. AB books are full of pretty boys and I just don't count Nathan Fillion as one of them. I like him well enough, but he's just not breathtaking.
I haven't seen that episode.
I don't think JKR is going to go there, but I've read a couple of fanfics where that's entirely plausible ;)
My OTP is Harry/Snape, but I chose the ones I like best from your list. I'm mostly slasher, Anita is one of the few women I can stand reading about enough to enjoy her in pairings :)
Alcohol and Ansku just doesn't mix well, I have abysmal tolerance for it and am drunk almost before I even start drinking... and I've done enough stupid and humiliating things while drunk that I haven't much touched anything stronger than water for years...

Three things that prove I'm a total geek.
1: My girlfriends comp broke, so I went with her to get a new one, and held an entire conversation with the tech guy about the processor and such in teh comp. >_<
2. I wrote the answer to a short-answer question in leet, and left it that way >_<
3. My girlfriends mother, and I am qouted as saying this, looks like Umbridge.

In HP I usually ship Harry/Draco, Harry/Ron/Hermione, sometimes Harry/Ginny and lately, even some Harry/Snape (I have no idea why, I'm just going through a phase, I hope)..and Harry/Ginny/Luna!!
In AB, the canon pairings...er, the canon septuplet? Orgy? *shrugs*
In Stargate, Jack/Sam
In Firefly, Mal/Inara, Kaylee/Simon, River/Jayne and then Zoe/Wash (or course)
In Buffy, Buffy/Spike, Angel/Cordelia, Xander/Anya, Willow/Tara (and now that Tara is dead, no one..I really don't like Kennedy) and my Angel pairing, Fred/Gunn
...and all of those go out the window because I love to read crossovers, in which all these pairings (orgys) get screwed up as I matxh them with people from other shows! =D muahaha
Also, what is this Neelan Liquor significance? It is not ringing any bells (prolly will as soon as I find out, though, and then I'll feel dumb). ♥

Dumbledore is (was) definitely on the crack, but the prophecy is still about Harry. Was since Voldemort attacked him. BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN our boy Dumbles isn't snorting lines with Fawkes in that swanky office of his.
Am I the only one disturbed that Sam/Jack is getting more votes than Daniel/Jack? Or is that just me. Also, big giant WTFs to Mal/River (WTF?!), Harry/Tonks (WTF?!), and Jayne/Kaylee (WTF?!). Seriously.
